At TwinFashions.com,  we understand that it may not be easy deciding on the right size. Rest assured that our return policy is simple and clear.

• You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your merchandise for a different size or store credit.
• The item(s) must have all of its original tags attached and it MUST be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be requested here.
• All return items go through a thorough inspection for worn items, scent, perfumes, etc. Please make sure the items are in their original new and unworn condition and that you have the complete original packaging.
• Exempt items include Clearance/Sale items, hosiery, stockings, panties. These items are considered a final sale.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  However, we do now offer the option to purchase a prepaid label for a flat fee of $11.99 plus applicable taxes.  When you do request an exchange, a return label will automatically be sent to you.  Only when your new size is ready to be shipped out, you will receive an email with the return label invoice. Once paid, the new size will be shipped out promptly. 
• No refunds issued unless authorized.
• If a package is returned to us for no reason (unclaimed, refused, wrong address), the order would be subject to re-shipping charge and/or restocking fee.
